What can I wear?

Kindly note that shoes are not allowed in the salt room; clean socks are required. Wearing loose comfortable apparel in light tones is suggested. 

How many sessions are suggested?

It can fluctuate contingent upon your singular medical issue and how well your own body reacts to salt treatments. A few customers notice a distinction after only a couple of sessions. Packages are available for purchase.


How long is a session?

A standard session lasts 45 minutes while a children sessions are 40 minutes. Longer ones can be done by exceptional arrangement. We propose showing up 10 minutes before the session starts to round out our admission frame and get settled.


Are there any side effects?

Normally there are none. Some individuals may encounter a gentle itch in the throat or an increment in hack because of an abundance bodily fluid development, this is a sign the treatment is working. Different impacts may be a slight skin disturbance or red patches for those with excessively sensitive  skin; notwithstanding, they disappear after a couple of sessions.

Are electronics allowed in the salt room?

No phones, tablets or earphones are permitted due to possible damage from the salt in the air. We ask that you leave your phones and other valuables at home or in your car.

What do I do during a salt cave session?

Just lie back, relax, close eyes and breathe deeply.

Do I have to make a reservation or can I just show up?

Reservations are strongly advised. If you do not come at least 10 minutes before the start of a session, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and give it to someone else who may be waiting. There will be no reimbursements if a reservation has been paid through our booking software due to late arrival because we will not pause the session has it has already begun. If room is available in the following session, we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Can I take food or drinks in the salt room?

No. Beverages and snacks are not permitted.

Is their sound or music inside the cave?

Gentle music is chosen with a view to encouraging deep relaxation.

Can I book a private session?
